I did yes, hire a good moving company if you have a ton of stuff and have them give you a detailed list of goods which you'll get stamped when you land , same with your car. Get our Driving history from all states you got your license and your insurance history . Any medical history documents you'll want your primary care provider to have here, (they'll not have access to your records from US) . Experian or Transunion report , will probably come in handy when you apply for any loans etc. Get a US card with zero international transaction fee that would work in Canada, not all banks will give you a credit card here .
