Received my notes. They were a huge disappointment since my file seems to be moving slowly:

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started

The notes were issued on 21 Mar.
AoR: 19 Dec
MEP: 31 Jan

Stuck in IP(1) since MEP
