I looked them up I have loads of experience as a server. Some experience as a chef. I have lots of basic to intermediate carpentry skills learned from my father throughout life. Im 43 years old but Im not scared of hard work and I'm strong and I have as much motivation to remain here as anyone my daughter is my world Perhaps I can get into a carpentry apprenticeship. This gives me a lot of hope thank you all.for the responses. This thing might just work out. I have a renewed faith in God. But even if it doesn't I have prepared myself for whatever path is laid before me. Thank you all for every response. I am humbled.
The server experience likely won't help you since it's not classified as a skilled occupation. The chef experience is good provided you have at least a year of it, it's full time and you can get proof of that work experience. If there's an opportunity for you to continue in the chef profession and work full time in this area with your OWP - that would be a good choice.

Carpentry apprenticeship is probably not possible. Generally speaking, apprenticeships are only open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

Your age will unfortunately work against you. Many of Canada's immigration programs are points-based and you will lose substantial points due to your age. Recommend that you calculate how many points you have under the Express Entry program to see what it will take to get the number of points required. Right now only those with 440+ points are being selected.

I have very little experience as a chef I will keep learning the best route to take moving forward. At the very least I can remain two years it seems. Lots of things can change and happen in two years and even then two more years living near my daughter is a blessing regardless.

At least during this time my daughter will be almost 3 and may be able to understand why daddy has to go rather than her primary caregiver just disappearing during this crucial time in her development.

Good luck. I would very strongly recommend that you start looking into immigration programs now (Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, etc.). Don't wait two years. Start the research now so that you understand what it takes to apply and if you meet the requirements. Ideally if you qualify you want to apply now. The older you get the more difficult it will become.

You are not the first parents to separate and potentially live in different places so you will figure out what is best and possible. Obviously it is not ideal but luckily it seems like you and your ex want to make sure that both of you are involved in the child’s life. Unfortunately separation leads to less time with the child for both parties.

I don't really have anything to add that hasn't already been said but I just wanted to wish you luck. You seem to want to put your child above all else and I respect that.
My only advice would be to improve your knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and see which one can work best for you. Don't procrastinate. 2 years flies by.

Thank you. I'm consulting with an immigration lawyer tomorrow morning to access my skills and get direction on the best way to find permanent residency through whatever means possible. She was point blank honest that my age will work against me but it's worth the consult fee to speak with someone who knows the law in and out. If there is any chance anywhere for me to make this happen I will. I'm sure plenty of parents are in my same boat and have similar motivation but I guarantee that none are more motivated than me. It's simply not possible. I'm never feeling sorry for myself ever again. It's wasted energy. No more time for that. My new motto is "moving forward with positive energy" no matter what bad news awaits. I mean it. Even if I have to leave my head will be held high because that's my deal from now on. I will NOT accept negativity in my head for long anymore. Of course it will creep back in but I'm as strong as Ive ever felt and facing the hardest challenge of my life. Thank you all for the responses and the positive energy.

Best way to proceed. You have your OWP so that will thankfully buy you some time. No matter what happens with immigration you will remain active in your child’s life and that is what is important in the end. Best of luck.
