I have applied in GIS program sept 2019, and got accepted, got 6 all 6 each bands , paid gic and full 1 year study fees, msc in environmental science 2018( no any backlogs) , but got rejection by following reasons :
Grounds for refusal:

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

Help me to justify this objection

what was your SOP?
I am Viraj Hetalkumar Patel from Jesarva, Petlad, Dist. Anand, Gujarat, India. I completed Masters of Science in Environmental Science & Technology by securing 6.64 CGPA in April 2018 from Institute of Science & Technology for Advanced Studies and Research affiliated to Sardar Patel University. Though, I have learnt solid background in Geology, Environmental Biology and Restoration ecology, Environmental management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Air pollution and climate change, Hygiene, safety and mitigations to protect the environment and also basics about Remote sensing and Geographic Information System (RS & GIS) as a core subject. I found that the Geographic Information System (GIS) has important uses in environmental field. I feel that the knowledge of GIS, I possess is limited in the field of environment, where it’s importance belongs to Forestry, Mapping of Soil and Wetlands, Management of Natural Resources and exploration, Determination of land cover and use, Disaster Management. The knowledge of GIS is essential, successful and powerful tool to address environmental issues; therefore to upgrade myself and expand my knowledge at international level I have now decided to pursue, Bachelors of Applied Technology in Geographic Information System with Applied Degree in two years of study offered by Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Canada.

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology also provides a perfect storm for adoption of an integrated approach – Environmental science with Geographic Information System that cover a broad range of research areas and issues including water resources, climate change, urban planning, environmental justice, vulnerability studies. This Geographic Information System Program allows me to go through an understanding of GIS, including GIS data capture, GIS data modeling, GIS manipulation, GIS Programming, Cartography and Geovisualization. Geographic Information System (GIS) combines the power of relational database management systems with the flexibility of cartographic display technology and is used for problem-solving and decision making.

After completing this course, I will get the skills and experience the techniques that can be used for Energy, Mining, Agriculture, Water Resources, Forestry and Natural Resources Exploration. The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology provides a learning experience that is supported by faculty from a wide range of disciplines and industries. A degree in Geographic information System can open many career paths for me as a GIS Technologist as they are demanded globally as well as in ISRO-India which assures me that I will find ample number of worldwide career opportunities in a variety of positions such as a Natural Resources Explorer, Hydrologist, Project Manager, GIS Analyst, GIS Programmer.

Canadian Lawyers are too expensive and their fees range from $2400 to $4000. You cannot just hire Indian lawyers as they wont be authorized. Also agents need to be licensed through IRCC. check if they have the license first.
