Hey you got common refusal reasons .. even i got these reasons two times.. than i applied for gcms notes and found that he was not happy that why i wil spend too much money even my proposed course available in india with cheaper rate. Dont apply without caips notes... . You dont need ielts...

I am agree with caips notes but not again ielts.. peopke dont ubderstand about ielts.. my friends got visas without ielts and even 5.5 bands overall.. so its totally depands on convincement to visa officer..

these are rumers.. many agents in india not trust worthy... and have not a true knowledge of visa process.. you should go with iccrc immigration lawyer..

I saw many people successful after getting caips .. it shiws exact reason what was wrong and also it proves that you are really genune student who wants to know why your study permit refused Dont worry .. you have good profile.. may be sop did something wrong to your approval.. have you sent me?

How they again said about language ability even after getting higher bands I saw 5.5 people with successfull visa It doesnt matter if you are going to pursue differant course Have you explained in your sop verry well? Can you share the refusal latter by hiding your details?
