Sponsor's side, decision made still only on sponsor side since 22 February, applicants side is still in process

On ECAS, both applicant and sponsor sides say Decision Made. Applicant’s GCKEY account got a small update under Review of Eigibility saying “We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.”
Call them"We sent you correspondence on April 4, 2019 about the decision on your application" - still no any emails
Sounds like your application was approved and you are now waiting for DM letter and/or landing letter. Not everyone receives AIP and SA letters, not sure why.

AOR1 : 08-31-2018
OWP approved online : 10-16-2018 (valid until 10-16-2020/ I got eTA too. Valid until 10-15-2023)
Medical test requested : 10-24-2018
Medical test done : 10-31-2018
Medical test passed : checked on 11-07(?)-2018 I don't remember the exact date, but about a week later I found out it had been passed.
Background check : processing checked on 11-22-2018
Request for Proof of relationship : 02-28-2019
Request uploaded : 03-21-2019
Confirm of document reception : 03-25-2019
Sponsor approved : 04-03-2019
Landing interview letter : 04-08-2019
Applicant approved : 04-12-2019
Interview : 04-30-2019 (calgary)

I didn't see the DM in eCAS but I think they are slowly doing updates.
It is a long wait for the landing interview.. seems like most of the July applicants already got their pr cards.

Actually a lot of July applicants are still waiting for updates like AIP and SA. Luckily I have both, but I still don't have DM. Some people have already landed, not sure about getting PR cards as I haven't kept track (but very likely not most July applicants).
Yay! I got my landing interview letter this week. Vancouver, May 16th. Oh boy!
This is to encourage you if you are still waiting for DM or AIP. There is no rule to this. As at March 22nd my GCkey acct read " Your eligibility has not started"

Between 26th and 27th I got a phone call booking my landing interview and I did my interview on the 29th March so just be positive everything will work out well
Congratulations to all that have landed officially. I like this group because we all worked together and got each other back. I wish each and everyone of us success as we move on in life. May be we will still meet again in 2021 when getting ready for our citizenship. Cheers!
