Feb 19 AIP (email notice for myCIC) &&&&& shows "We started processing *****'s application" on ECAS
Feb 20 DM on Sponsor side only on ECAS (no email notice).
Feb 21 SP, an email to my sponsor
Feb 22 SP, an exact same SP email to my sponsor
Aug. 21 ghost update on myCIC and called CIC to confirm my app was approved
Aug. 22 DM on the applicant side
Aug. 22 Landing interview letter scheduled on Aug. 27 in Edmonton

Congrats! I had a ghost update on August 7th but nothing new since. *facepalm*
