IMPORTANT I need help with mailing photos for COPR

Hello, my wife and I aren't really sure on how to mail the photos, as we use the myCIC account and can just add it to the account, like they state in the letter.

But for the photos, they want us to just mail them. Should we include the application number on a cover letter, as well as a return envelope?

We are at a loss as they don't really explain much at all, but we really need help as we have to send it in this weekend.

You should have got a PPR letter with the exact instruction.
You should send the pics, form with your details and your passport or a copy. It all depend on where the PA is from and if youre in Canda or not and again the letter should give you all the info

It gives instruction, but since we use the myCIC account, it says to just mail the photos, and upload the photocopy of passport and the letter onto the account

Yes. So MAIL the photos - they need actual professional printed photos, not scans. Yes, include a copy of the email / letter you got from IRCC so they know which case to link the photos to.
