What all does not matters for ircc (as per data i got from people around)-
- paying upfront or not
- ordering gcms notes
- single applicant or not
- extensive travel history present or not

nothing really matters, only thing that matters is the docs we submitted are all appropriate and we're lucky enough that our file gets picked up by the officers at the visa offices.
no matter what we analyze and try to find some or the other algorithm behind the case processing, it just won't matter as it is going to change. So either we should be really lucky or we must have lot of patience.
Nonetheless, wait makes everyone anxious

Hahah, so true. I was told single applicant get processed faster. I am at 147 days now and counting, ordering gcms notes will trigger an update. Its been over 2 months since I ordered GCMS notes, no sign of movement, I only have 1 travel history still waiting.

Infact, I have just completed 100 days since my file was last touched(December 17, 2018) the same day my R10 check was completed.

So this is beyond frustrating!!! Seriously over 3 months since R10 and not a single movement in file. Its just collecting dust. Entire life is put on hold and now I can't predict whether I will even get it within 6 months time frame. Its really tough to move on

For most cases, next step is IP2 and then PPR.

Ghost Update is when the status on CIC login shows "Application update", But when you open that nothing looks to have changed.
People get GU at different times, if its after the BGC has started, most of the times it means application approved.

The most liked post i read, thanks a lot for this words , no thing matters for IRCC except the officer whom pick up ur file whnever he want & start verification of ur docs, so if every thing seems clear & right ---------->> PPR mail

You need to order GCMS notes to find out which part of eligibility is under review.

I am 5 months and 1 week almost.
I am still at eligibility and criminality passed. Security not started...
I don’t why security is taking so long since March 10.

Do you think it could be useful for me to order GCMS notes or I should wait until my 6 months if I still have nothing ?

Just 5 days left to complete 6 months. Cant do anything more but wait wait wait. No updates since MEP. Still in IP1. I doubt anything is going to change in the next few days.

It's the same for me through Google Chrome so I tried internet explorer and it worked, I don't know why ^^
