not sure what the ghost update means as I landed just 2 weeks ago.

Any idea?... anyone. I did not get any email so I'm clueless

So I called CIC and I was told the application has been approved and it is with production. Guess I'll sit tight and see how long it takes for the card to get sent to me.

Mailed: 25th March (today)

I also got a ghost update on March 22nd 2019. How did you know they mailed your PR card?

Log back in to your account, once again it will say Application Updated. Click on that, and it will say "A final decision has been made" in the top left. Scroll down to the bottom, and it will tell you your card has been mailed and it could take 6 weeks to arrive (which I think is a big exaggeration from what I saw here!)

Yes - it all seems to happen at the same time, I logged in earlier today and my application still just said "Submitted" (as it did since the ghost update), then when I looked again later it goes straight to your card being mailed. There doesn't seem to be just a regular "approved" status prior to mailing.

And yes will share when the card is received!

It will be the address you provided to IRCC when you landed. If you updated your address on file after that, it should be the updated address.

Hi,
I landed on 20-Feb and I was tracking the application in CIC account for me and my dependents.
Today the status changed to Approved only against my application and my dependents application shows still as Submitted.
Is it normal that only primary applicants status change?.
Approved for primary applicant means approved for dependents as well?.

Dont think so..Mine was mailed out on march 18th and i didnt receive it yet. its over a week now.

Hi Guys,
Is there anyone with ghost update on March 19, 2019 but still waiting for approved status.
We landed by land at rainbow bridge on Feb 19, 2019. It seems the people that landed after us are already getting their PR Card. No passport re-submission request. I'm just wondering if there's anybody in the same situation. Thanks.

It seems that for inland applicants who get PPR from Ottawa, the PR application starts before landing and the 46 days should be counted from the day the CoPR is generated not the landing interview day.

Got our PR cards today... Tried to link application and it didn't work. Landed on Feb15th and received our cards on March 26th. Pretty fast!
