Have you checked on the website link included in their message if there is a contact? Otherwise, tell your lawyer. I think you can contact them via GCkey but I'm not sure.

No website link is mentioned that's what iam worried about. They just asked me to wait for the referral letter. Iam worried about the deadline. They asked me to submit medicalsand pay rprf before 30 days.Does this deadline apply to my pcc as well??as all three requests came at once.

Same situation as you. Got medicals on 2nd October. However I need to add a new born to my application which as per my lawyer could take from 1 to 3 months. Now I don't know if I should get medicals for myself and other family members excluding my newborn and get his medical later. As per my lawyer they are saying wait and get altogether.

Please advise.

Sir in that case I advise you that there is no serious medical examination for new borns as far as I know. Get it for your family and submit it. Incase your little one gets, there is only physical examination to him.And that will be processed soon.
My little one is 2 Yrs old there was only physical examination to him. They checked his eyes, ears, bones, asked him to walk and enquired about his vaccinations.
Submit meds as soon as possible...

Do you know how long it takes a letter to reach your country from Canada? If they send you the request on 2nd October, they may have sent the letter by post after that date. You may need to wait a bit more before contacting them.

Accompanying dependent. No I didn't receive his form yet. VO said they will issue once the csq is issued for him from MIDI
