If this is true then it is very strange as some of us are sitting from March 2017 and still no DM. There is no logic and it is not first cum first serve any more I guess.

Almost same time line and still awaiting ppr. What VO is handling your application? Mine is London UK

They already have started giving ppr. However I think they are issuing very few of them at this time.

I received mine last week and according to it still criminality not started and rest passed. But in notes it is mentioned that no issues with PCC reports i.e. NRT. Also notes say Ready for RFI RYA. Don't know what it means.
