Hi all, finally, we got the email requesting our passport. DM appears on ecas but nothing's changed yet on GCkey. My timeline is: file received: 29/11/17 AOR: 14/02/18 Medical confirmed: 27/01/19 DM and passport request: 29/06/19

They did a maintenance last week and after that, the medical date shown is the one of my AOR. Many people reported this problem on an other forum. They are doing an other maintenance tomorrow. So it may be changed back.

There is nothing to do with the country of origin but it depends of VO or agents. I don't live anymore in my country and I think my VO is Sydney.

Actually, there is not much more on GCkey. The difference is that you reveice their message for updates or medicals on it. Ecas will inform you when they send a message on GCkey. May I know what number did you call?

From testimonials I've read, you should get DM shortly after you re-do your medicals. This is what happens usually.

If you are talking about the status bar, then yes. They put that in place last month and the calculation is based on their average which is 20 months at the moment. So it's not a personalised information.
