November 2018 Outland Applicants (Spousal Sponsorship)

So I get an e-mail saying I have a message. I got this in GCKey.

It's literally the first notice. And they act like they've been requesting it. Not only that, I hate that they requested more proof when I sent like 20 pages (only because they limit it to 20). If they want proof, I got thousands of pages worth.

I dont know why they ask like that and I got the same letter for additional documents and after sending them no action for 2 weeks now

Same thing here! Received a letter asking for additional documentation. In our case they need my wife military service records. Same email, stating it was the only and last email. I’m just a bit annoyed that they actually do not include military records from the US as a country specific requirement. Oh well I guess a few more days/weeks. I can’t really complain as the whole process took way less time than first expected

Silly question -
We have PPR and PA is submitting the passport tomorrow. After they return the passport with visa and COPR... is there anything else? Or is that the finish line?

That is the finishing line in terms of the actual PR process but the PA needs to land within a year and also prepare some docs for when THE PA land I think.

Like there's a list of things you're bringing with you and if PA is having goods sent over from their country...for tax exemption I believe!

Nov 1st applicant, got sponsor approval on 21st Jan, file sent to new delhi ,India on 25 Jan and in process now, Now Medicals, no PCC, nothing after. No Biometrics etc? nothing. Anyone?

I’m still waiting for them to begin processing on the PA side in CPC-M. I’ve made a guess with the data of others and I’m going for Friday as the day I see movement.
