I got PPR on March 27th, but I didn’t receive any pre-arrival service emails like others, they asked me to submit extra photos, I submitted on March 18th. Is it normal to get PPR without Pre arrival letter? is PA go directly to VISA office (in my case VFS office) to submit the Passport?

My file is transferred to Mississauga on Feb 27th, but I have additional document request on March 8th.

Yes, I submitted the professionally taken photos. So I dig into more photos and will submit them all. Lets hope for best.:):)
