WES status changed back

Hi All,

My WES status changed to "We are currently reviewing your application" from "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)". It this quite normal?

I have send documents to WES on Feb 9,2019. I was expecting the status "We are reviewing your evaluation report."

Yes, it is quite normal. It is the part of the evaluation process. Firstly, they review the received documents. If everything is as per their requirements, then the documents will be accepted and the status will be changed as "evaluation in process", also you will be given a completion date of your ECA report. However, if they find something suspecious with the documents, then WES would seek additional verification from the institution and the status is put "On Hold", which is a 8-12 weeks long process.

Did you send your documents from India? If Yes, then could you please let me know the process of how to make your university send the documents to WES.
