The "Sydney address" is also mentioned here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

And since this is a big yellow warning, I assume they consider it to be very important. So both guides AND this warning refer us to Sydney whereas the checklist says Mississauga.
I also don't understand why would they change the addresses so often, because it confuses people a lot. It's a major change and I thought they really do it quite rarely.
Agreed, I've contacted CIC via the comments function and asked the question so if I get anything back.

I've also just checked the document checklist for Common law, I applied via this, and the address still shows as CPC Sydney with the latest FEB 2019 form... very interesting, perhaps it's a mistake on the spousal form, or they've started pushing outland spousal cases via CPC-M.

Its really confusing

And they still have a mistake in the general instruction guide, its mentioned to send to sudney ns for outland, then in smaller font its written to choose this option if you live inside canada with your sponsor..

So top say send if you r outside canada,
And bottom says if you currently living in canada!

What is the comments function?

It's part of the web form, it's a feedback form, but not case specific. You can either compliment, comment or complain about their services, I've commented and fed back your findings. Once I get an update I'll post it for here.

Hi!
Which forms do you mean? Last update I remember was in November
We can compare address if you want.

As for biometrics, if you didn't pay for it dont't worry. You will be asked for if needed/
Document checklist was updated Feb 2019 and Sponsorship Evaluation Feb 2019

I must have checked just the webpage then and not the actual form. But if they will allow the “grace period” then I’m still good I guess.
yes same question here, package received on Feb 18. At a time of me sending, it was november forms. Now it jumped to february. Do i need to worry? I am sure i did not use outdated forms

No, you don't need to worry. For February applicants we're all good with November forms.
All February applicants who used "November 2018" don't need to worry about an update made in February 2019.

Alex, as I wrote "I don't remember exacltly where".
It was three month ago. Sorry, but I wont do this search now
No pressure, I will give it another go tomorrow.

When it comes to these subjects I just prefer facts and links to those facts over hearsay, it might give people false hope in already stressful times!
