New Delhi (NDVO) 2018 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Hey,
My BGC started after transferring to NDVO. Timeline as follows :

Application received: 30th July 2018
AOR 1: 9th Oct 2018 | Med Req: 12th Oct 2018 | SA: 12th Oct 2018
Med Passed: 26 Oct 2018
File transfer to New Delhi: 23 Oct 2018
AOR 2: 13th Nov 2018
BGC 28th Feb 2019

Did you applied under express entry? Because I applied Dec and got aor on 5 Dec 2018. Medical passed on 11 jan 2019. Rprf request on jan 28 jan paid on 29. Got mail that my file transfer to ndvo on 15 Feb. So it all start again when file reach ndvo.

My brother applied PR for his spouse and file reached cic on 5th Nov 2018, but till today there is no medical request or anything.Is this normal? When can we expect medical request?

When did you get Pre arrival message? If you don’t mind to share.

ATT: Neha here they ND went by file transfer date otherwise my wife is JULY applicant too, but her file was transferred in JAN 2019. NDVO only dealing up to OCT arrived files, we are JAN so OCT to JAN= 4 to 5 approx months, hence we might add 4 to 5 months on our file transfer dates; JAN + 4 to 5 months = MAY or JUNE

Anybody received Passport back from NDVO in this week Feb 25 to Mar 1. We submitted PP at VFS Hyderabad on 19th Feb, VFS tracker showing it is still under process at IRCC. Really nervous, my family friends coming here next week, we planned like my child can travel with them.

I got my pre arrival on 17 January 2019 n dm 26 February.

oh I forgot that 4 a while, but still it is a transfer date to NDVO on nov and ours is JAN transfer

Hi Everyone,

Its' good to read through posts of people in same boat as me. My application for spouse sponsor is in process.

BGC started in Dec 2018
File moved to NDVO Dec 2018
ECAS - We started processing, Jan 2019

At this point my guess is by April or May application will be processed so is it good idea to apply for visitor visa for spouse?
Will it cause delay in PR application ?
If there is no impact on PR application, I might give it a try.

Any thoughts please?
