Visitor Visa - applying after 6 years

Hi My sister's visitor visa was rejected in 2013 . She is planning to visit us in Canada again and will be re applying for the visa. There have been some changes since 2013- She owns a property now, she has visited 16 countries-London, Ireland, Dubai, Switzerland, Dubai, Mauritious , Singapore, Hongkong, Bhutan and was recently approved for Business VISa for US (for 10years). In fact she going to New york in MAy for a business trip and would like to visit us in Canada. I was wondering what are her chnaces of approval this time. Should she apply on her own or should she take help of a consultant.

Probably better than before. That said, chances of a TRV approval would depend on the quality of her application.

Should she apply on her own or should she take help of a consultant.

It depends on how confident she is about preparing the paperwork on her own
