Hello Everyone,

I am a permanent resident of Canada, I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my sister who is studying "Bachelors of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery" and is in her 3rd year. She still has 1 year of study left. My parents already got the visa last year and I am thinking to invite all of them together.
1. Can I show my parents bank balance as my sister is still in university? How much bank balance we need?
2. What are the chances of approval?
3. What are the documents we need?

Any help will be really appreciated

Yes, your parents can provide financial support for your sister's visit.

As she is probably a major, she must apply on her own + she must include your parents' bank statements + Letter of Financial Support + their tax returns + any other financial investments (preferably which can be liquidated, if required)

2. What are the chances of approval?
It's not possible to guess.

As a student + not employed/financially dependent on your parents + the entire family intends to travel together, she must prove her student ties are a compelling reason to return to her home country + she has other compelling reasons to return.

Also, her visit must be for 3-4 weeks, preferably during the school break.

3. What are the documents we need?
Do post the list of documents that would support her application based on #2 above
