Your sister is essentially the one with very few ties to her home country and no savings. Why are you not considering a supervisa? Your parents can try for a TRV but they may not be approved.
What is better...to apply for parents or parents nd sister together?

Apply for parents. Your sister at home gives your parents a better chance at being approved. She creates a bit more ties to their home country. Just want to stress that this doesn’t guarantee their approval.

quick question.

I am earning 42K and I want to apply for my parents super visa. My sister is in Canada on study permit and she is 18yr old and dependent on my parents.
When considering the income , do I calculate for all 4 of us or just me, and my parents. ?

Becuz if it’s all 4 of us, I don’t meet the fund requirements.

Thank you
How much did you earn last year? It is not about your salary but how much you earned from your salary. That is why NOA is usually the preferred document to submit. You only need to support 3 people unless your sister is living with you.
