Did you check your actual mailbox? We got our AOR in the form of physical letter mail.

My friend is interested in applying for PGP 2019. She has income for 2017 and 2018 , and her husband (the co-signer) meets the minimum for all the past three years.

I remember I saw a similar question on the forum, but I cannot find it at the moment.

I don’t think so. She must have 3 NOAs herself and her husband can help her meet LICO.

But, I’d check with CIC just to be sure.

I think she can as long as she and her cosigner together meet the 3 NOAs requirement.
