Actually now I heard many cases of rejection after one year 2018-2019. They are saying that your NOC is mismatch. No one can challenge them! In some cases they said POF did not match the required amount of time. Put someone in PIU tank for long waiting...

Then I would say it's just lame excuse to get extra dollars in the name of Application submission. Maybe that's why they gave a huge amount of 5000 ITA to have 300 dollars from them each and then rejecting after a year without even giving a chance to defend their cases or clear any misunderstandings if they have.

Who does the money hurt? Almost half of the Applications are rejected anyway.

Hello guys.

Status on my OASIS changed to ineligible after 8 months of processing, no ADR, nor fund conversion .

I ha e not even received e-mail regarding reasons for rejections.

What should I do now ? Can it be a mistake on their part as I have read somewhere that this happen to a lady few days back.

Please advise.

Ok guys, I received the letter as well and in which there was no issue. Just according to them, my experience letter not pertaining to 1122, instead they told me to apply under 2171. Rest is fine as per the letter.


Can I go for second review to fight for 1122 as 2171 is not opened yet ?? when 2171 opens in future , can I withdraw my 2nd review and apply with new application and letters and change NOC code from 1122 to 2171 as suggested by them ???

Plus, kindly let me know if there are some other openings for 2171 for PNP ????

The work that I do in 1122 has nothing to do with 2171 set of responsibilities. That work that I do of Management consulting in a department, of a company which is primarily an IT consulting company.

Both NOC provide consulting services but 1122 provides management and other 2171, for Information Systems consulting.

SINP misread it for 2171, rather than 1122.

I hope that I myself made clear by explaining it.

Will it be sufficient as they didn't even bother verifying through any means possible ????

Not a worthful action if you go for second review. SINP has done, no one can challenge them. Look for SINP OID list and apply again if NOC 2171 in OID list then this letter make a big difference for your next acceptance.

Can I go for 2nd review and apply it again when 2171 comes up because my Job Description includes both elements of 2171 and 1122 as well. Plus, I have educational background for both of them as well. Please help !!

The second review is a long way to go. But it is free so you can go.

If you see that 2171 is available again then update your Reference letters and submit the application again, but take seniors advise if you going to update reference letters. I am not clear with this point, maybe they will catch you again and put you in PIU tank.

My current organization is multinational and have more than 10000 employees are working and 7 location across the world so it's very difficult to answer such kind of mail. So can we give this reason in second review.

Dear, it's better to go for 2nd review than waiting and starting from scratch for a new application. SINP has still not announced quota for 2019 and are rejecting applicants by giving absurd reasons. I, along with numerous other applicants should write to Saskatchewan's immigration minister and protest
