This is my sincer advice to all who got the ineligible letter, please look/wait for the NOC in demand and apply again. There are very less chances to get a response once SINP announces the decision.

Most of the people applied for second review is waiting more than a year to complete the initial assessment itself. SINP does not care about second review applicants.

Hello everyone after spending hours on searching online, I haven't seen much post or threads about SINP secondary review time frame and process progress. lets connect here and share progress and experience to help each other. So far below are my details


Applied SINP-OID: 22 Nov 2016 Noc 0714
IN-PROCESS: 23 NOV 2016
Fund Conversion: 8th DEC 2016
No docs requested
Ineligible letter: 24 JAN 2017 (work experience Not in Demand)
Requested Secondary review 25 Jan 2017
BACK in-Process for 2nd review: 26 Jan 2017 (received letter confirming review from SINP same day)

What is the status of your application now?
I have a friend who has got application in eligible letter from SINP last week and she is in process to submit application for secondary review. We want to know if this actually helps.

1- Second review request has very fewer chances if NOC available in the OID list then go for EOI or wait for new changes in OID list.
2- If you apply for Second review and anytime the same NOC opens for intake then you have to withdraw either from the New application or Old one.

Any update? I got the reply from SINP that the second review process can take many years because of many reasons.

This application is currently under assessment by the Program Integrity and Legislation Unit. This assessment consists of a detailed review of the SINP procedure and policy as it pertains to this specific application. We must also review the application in its entirety to ensure it meets the criteria that was in place at the time of application. Unfortunately, this process may take longer than the 60 days noted on the receipt letter. Take a look at the other categories as you may be eligible for a different category. Processing times for 2nd reviews can take approximately 1-2 years. Only one application may be submitted at a time, if you wish to start a new application please send a withdrawal request to the following email address:immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.

Status on my OASIS changed to ineligible after 8 months of processing, no ADR, nor fund conversion .

I ha e not even received e-mail regarding reasons for rejections.

What should I do now ? Can it be a mistake on their part as I have read somewhere that this happen to a lady few days back.

Then how can they mark application ineligible without reasoning? isn't it irresponsible on their part?
