SINP: INELIGIBLE- EVERYONE WHO APPLIED FOR SECONDARY REVIEW JOIN HERE!!

I applied for a Secondary Review yesterday. I know it takes time, but I had no options there they have removed the NOC from the OID list.
Anyone has received a positive reply for Secondary, I guess only one person

I got nomination letter on 8 Feb. after 2.5 years.

When did you submit your primary SINP application?
I was Jan. 2016 SINP OID applicant.

Another member in this forum also got nomination in a year's time after he applied for 2nd review. It means there is light at the end of tunnel.

My concern is that my proof of fund not retained for 3 months before I submit my app,and as I read threads here, the rejection appears in the horizon with no doubt
So could you advise me what I have to do
cancel the application right now or wait the second review ?

You can withdraw application and submit complete applicarion immediately.

They have each and everything. Must use same email address. They catch by name, surname and father's name. You can go choose similar type NOC , not totally different. It is possible. You can make some changes in duties and job title. Can't change Company name for same time span. It will be misrepresentation

are authentic and that misrepresentation has not taken place.

1) In your application, you stated that your intended occupation is NOC 0124 – Advertising,
Marketing and Public Relations Managers, and your work experience between June
2006 to August 2017 was as a Marketing Manager


2) In contradiction, information on our database show that your intended occupation was
NOC 0714 – Facility Operation and Maintenance Managers, and your job title was as an
Assistant Warehouse Manager with same company and in similar period as (1) above.


I don't know what is going with this

I dodn't get nomination yet. should i withdraw file or go with any other way like work permit or AIPP program.

You have to wait for PIU decision. If you are right then try to explain them the actual fact.
You can't apply for Canada immigration without disclosing previous application. PILU will inform IRCC.

I have send them Reference latter already.
but didn't get replay from them yet.
but is there any alternative way if i get higher band score & apply to other Program of like Nova scotia or AIPP or mobility program etc or work permit
which can convert to PR as well.

Without this case decided, you can't do anything in Canada immigrarion. Even you can not take back the Applicarion now.

1. Yes, if you know FOR SURE that they have committed a mistake.

2. It depends on the objection and as to how much room you have to defend your case.

3. It depends. Normally around a year but some people have got nomination after a year.

Hello...I applied in 5 Sept 2016 and rejected on July 2017 due to "Not met the Proof of settlement fund" in which my fund was more than enough for me and my wife only. but my consultant never applied for second review that time. is there any possibility to request a second review now?
