No I didn't. So if i try to link it in GCkey (which is PA's) I will add link application, give all details of sponsor and then temporary application number without the X in front??
Yes, begin application number with F and try using PA's last name. Enter all their info (PA still), put 2 as number of applicants (if there is only PA and sponsor in app. If you have dependents, increase by this number).

We checked it a dozen times.. hope everything is included this time around.

November 22, CIC sent an email that my application was received November 2nd
Today, January 21st 2019, she received a letter to go for her medical exam.
Is this a sign that the application files were in order and we won't be receiving any returned forms?
She was an international student since 2015, working part-time during school and full time in summer, graduated 2018, applied for her Open Work Permit in Sept 2018, it took about 3 months, she received it in Nov 2018.

She should be good, if she got AOR it means they won't return her PR application and since she recently received MR they are working on processing her application
Keep trying. It took me yesterday about 9 tries until I was placed in a queue.
However don't hold your breath to get a satisfied answer. Even though I have received a temporary application number I still wasn't able to find it online neither on ecas nor on gckey.
