You guys are going to start freaking common law applicants out. OWP says to include statutory declaration of common law IF APPLICABLE. You are not applicable from just being common law. You are applicable if you have a co-signer, or you are sponsoring dependants. You can submit it either way...

Its often requested for PR. However unless the application is co-signed or you are sponsoring dependents it's not mandatory.

As long as you aren’t sponsoring dependants you don’t need a dedicated amount of financial support. They just want to know how you plan to support yourself in Canada while waiting for PR to get approved. You guys are fine
