Hi, Im new here . Just want to ask if it is normal from New Delhi Office to not send any communication for almost 3 months. I received letter on Oct 23, saying i was approved as a sponsor and file transferred to New Delhi and i Have not heard anything back since than. Anyone else with similar timeline?

What is the average processing time for PR for parents under PGP sponsorship program? (In the case where parents are already in Canada via Super-Visa from last 1.5 years)

I would really appreciate if someone could answer my question and guide me in the right direction.

But, that average could be misleading, as processing time is dependent on several factors. As of right now, there's no tracking based on PGP with super visa. You could assume that your application would be sent to Ottawa VO if your parents are going to be in Canada while their PGP application is being process. If they are going back to their home country, then their applications will be sent to the local visa office.

Processing time will vary depending on the workload of your local visa office. So, there's no telling how long your application would take.

Have you already applied for PGP? If not, you can make all the estimates you want and none of that will matter, as you never know which VO will process your application unless your parents address is in Canada.

Could you please update my line 120 in the spreadsheet.
We received communication from the LVO on December 26, asking for medical exams. My parents completed the medical exams on January 10th and today January 14th my CIC account is showing "You passed the medical exam."
On December 26 we also received a second communication asking to send original passports to the LVO in Bogota. We will send the passports tomorrow.

I know. That is the reason that we waited until the medical exams was passed to send the original passports.

I sent the documents via FAX the same day and later I mailed the same documents to them.
don't want to take a risk.
They say faxing can fasten the process.

I tried to call them to confirm the receiving, but can't connect to an agent...

Hai everyone i had to send documents to ircc i sent it through canada post on Dec 6. Unfortunately i lost my tracking number and receipt too. Now i couldnot track my documents but i got AOR on jan 4 from IRCC and CPC too. When i check my status online there is one information stating that we sent you message to sent documents on Nov 7.If you havenot sent it sent it faster.Now i am wondering that my documents have safely reached or not ? Do you guys have any idea about it please share me.

*does DM means DM for sponsor or the applicant?
*how do we check the date when application status changes from in process to DM?

DM is for your mom. DM for sponsor was made before they even started processing your mom application.

All of your correspondences should be in your online account (MyCiC/GCKey). You should also receive an email or letter mail informing you of the decision.

Hello, I need urgent help.

I received the request letter for medical and police clearance certificate for my parents today. They are asking for a few things listed in bullet form - police clearance, travel history form, payment of right of permanent resident fee, medical. But an additional thing which i have no idea what it means. The item in the bullet is just UCI# and my father's name. It doesn't provide any additional detail as to what it is.

So i logged in to the CIC account and went under "View Submitted Application" - the section where you can upload documents.The first required document name is "Client Information" and under details it says "Replacement Needed". The worst of all, it's due TODAY. Has it happened to anyone? I am not sure what to even upload. I'd appreciate any help

Yes, same situation here that no update after sending the document so I called them and csr confirmed that they got it. So just call them to rule out any mishap.

In the letter it should tell you we what they need. Just provide what it tells you. If they said your father's uci and name then do that right away.

Yes, in the same boat as you. File got transferred to NDVO in November, and no word since then.
