I understand buddy. I have received same / similar reply 4 times as well. I think unless your file is approved you get the same reply. If it is approved they either say approved or final decision has been made. So, basically seems like they have two kind of replies. Don't know what else can be done.
Yeah maybe. I haven’t even heard back on any of my emails to NDVO. God bless them though. :’{

I don't know if it is their (the agent's) fault completely. From what I can imagine, they would just have an access to a dashboard showing the web cse and a dropdown for response. Or even more convenient but not so likely would be, select all and reply with personalization.

The quantum of emails and enquiries they receive is HUGE. I wonder how would they manage responding to all of them with so much customization.

Further, I guess there are only a few of us, who have mailed Ottawa in second last/last week of December and haven't received any response. At least @Nishika22, @richa1987 and one more have got a response from Ottawa. Good, bad or ugly...but there is some response.

Yeah they don't respond if file is not approved. They ignore my email as well. Do you know if your file is approved?
No idea, I had my sister to call them up. She lives in Toronto itself. Let’s see when she gets time to inquire. Any other way to know if it’s approved or not?

The 613 is for Global Affairs Commission and they ended up transferring the call to CIC
Told ya, Canadians are one nice bunch of people (with exception to customer service agents).

Today I was watching tennis match between Victoria azarenka ftom Belarus and Eugenia Bouchard from Canada and I was in awe of her beauty . She is so damn pretty. Another reason I want to be there ASAP.

Yeah it’s basically their CRM system doing all the filtering. I guess all the approved applications would be clubbed together so that non template messages could be sent to them by agents, rest IP2 stage applications would just be a automated reply.

Can someone please confirm that this is the number to reach CIC within Canada: 1-800-242-2100? I have tried at the different days and time (earliest around 8:30 EST but I never get through to an agent)
3220 10 seconds after you dial for shortcut to call center agent directly.

by the way are you in BC ? I am from Vancouver. AOR 19th.

Do you mean about 10 seconds into the call, I should dial 3-2-2-0?

Yea I'm in BC too :)

When you call CIC in that number instead of waiting for minutes what you can do is dial 3 - 2 - 2 - 0 this will take you to the call center agent waiting list directly without any annoying loops.

Would you mind sharing your timeline? I am stuck in eligibility met and criminality passed since Nov 16.

Even approved applications get the "everything is in order" template response.

Hey guys, talked to an IRCC agent today (called nearly 10 times to get in queue), he said that we are waiting on the COPR letter, upon asking if that means our file is approved, he said a final decision is pending but all verifications have completed and passed.

What does this mean exactly? In the beginning, he said we are waiting on the COPR letter and then he said the final decision is pending
@cansha @tobs
Despite the evasive reply you got from the call centre agent, I'm quite positive your file is approved cos I got similar reply from them after i'd already confirmed final decision was made on my file via CSE. So, I will advise you mail NDVO. All the b
