IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Hi,

My documents were delivered to IQAS on
By university on 11th October, 2018
By me on 15th October, 2018.

Still not received any confirmation/AOR from IQAS ??

Any body could suggest how long will it take for the confirmation of my assessment documents by IQAS ?

Application submitted on October 7, 2018 .. It's still in submitted status..

My documents and application delivered together in 1 package on 16th October...
Got the AOR on 14th December....

I think you must wait for atleast 1 more working day... Also, this is a weekend now... I think if you donot get AOR till Tuesday, then you can call them and ask.

Hello,
my AOR was 5th of September

today I saw final review.

they did not give me assessment for MBA from smede, whereas assessment for engineering was there and equivalent to 4 years bachelors science degree in canada.

But this does not serve the purpose as I need my MBA also assessed.

HI Bull 34 I am same situation and my AOR 7 September . Have you received soft copy of ECA and Email stating they can not evalute your degree? There is petition going on on change org regarding SMU IQAS situation .Please do check that out.

The SMUDE guys...

You can better ask from the University staff from the concerned department. They can better guide you that which organization (out of the 5) can access you degree.
WES rejected my MBA from LPU distance education. I asked from the University's concerned department of transcripts. They guided me that students who have applied through IQAS have got positive results.

There are 5 organizations in total and all are slow.... But still you have some hope...

Buddy, there is a problem with SMUDE.
IQAS is not assessing it, if you have studied from outside Sikkim...

And from which university you have done your Bachelor's, regular or distance?

In my case, I did a full time 4 years Bachelors from Anna University. I also have done my MBA from SMUDE. There were no centers involved my masters. They send the materials through post and we take an online exam(through designated test centers). Please can anyone help what should I do in this case? My application is still inline for processing(AoR 2 is 15 October) and haven't got any query yet. Anyone who has a successful evaluation can help others please.

Thank you for submitting your educational documents for evaluation to the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).

IQAS cannot complete an assessment of your Bachelor of Computer Applications and your Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication.

With regards to both programs, it is IQAS’s policy that we do not assess distance education credentials from India which are completed at study centers outside the state of the awarding institution. As your Bachelor’s and your Master’s degrees program were completed at a learning center outside of the state of Sikkim we are unable to proceed with an assessment of both degrees.


IQAS will assess ONLY your Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.


If you have any questions in this regard, please write to our office.

So please dont apply at iqas for smu de evaluation if done outside sikkim

Now I am worried whether IQAS doesn't recognize even IMT CDL too!! Anybody recently got approved of IMT CDL degree by IQAS?

hi all,

i have a query related to educational credential evaluation for my Masters and M.Phil degree. I understand there has been recent changes to this process for other ECA, so i would like to know if i can send the educational transcripts (received & sealed by the respective university) personally to IQAS for evaluation ?

I've been also advised that few of the universities in India are not willing to send our transcripts to EC agency directly, so kindly advise.

If you've mentioned your study center as "Delhi", then your ECA report will not be processed. Ideally, you guys should mention Sikkim address in study center column, and everyone is doing the same mistake by mismatching the details and hence, IQAS are not processing applications.

there is no study center column they are mailing and asking.
study centers have been shut in delhi and other states. someone can try the sikkim address of the university but what is the exact address. like in my case it was not mentioned distance learning pn degree but still i got the mail asking about the whereabouts of the study center.

So, I was quite clear how and what needs to be mentioned while filling out the application form. You yourself put into trouble by mentioning learning center address (which you should not be). It's a distance learning education and the IQAS team will see it a mismatch if it's not matching with university address.

The email which you received, I've seen them before too (when I was about to apply for ECA). So, I was pretty clear with the issue and made sure that I didn't do that while filling out the application form. It's always advisable to go through with the forum and experiences if any important factor needs to be considered.

hi did you keep a photocopy or scanned image of where we had to write in the application form

I did not mention the learning centre address anywhere. even in my mail I did not write any learning centre address just New Delhi south extension
