Have you sent your documents with out the academic request form?Were they accepted?

Hi All, Is it mandatory to send the academic record request form along with the transcript to IQAS. Or will it work with that? Has any one got their ECA done with out the academic record request form? Hoping for a suggestion.

Hi Even other ECA evaluators are recommending the same procedure. I tried IQAS and ICAS they are also recommending the same. However if you have any extra information, please do share.
