I sent out my application on Dec 11th 2018. But it almost took me 4 month to get the all documents.

Good luck to you guys, we just sent ours Dec 14 2018. Please keep us updated on your process and any conflicts as we will do the same.

Did you use the Update form? Nov 2018?, I didn't

What update form? I assumed the checklist gets updated with the latest forms? Some were updated this November for example the Undertaking and Generic Form. However, there was other forms that were from 2014 or 2016 like the Schedule A- Background Check. Were we supposed to get updated forms somewhere else besides the checklist?

I dont think it will be an issue if they were october or november. I am not quite sure how often they update them but not all forms are updated. Certain forms can be updated more frequently like this month or the next while they havent even looked at your application that doesnt seem reasonable if it has a negative outcome.

CIC has returned my application, planning to resubmit this end of December. Agent advised me to use the new and updated November forms when resubmitting.

Thats bizzare..did they return just because you used one month old form? i sent the same october forms..its not reasonable

Oh no. They sent it back because im missing one document. But when im about to resubmit the same package, i caled cic to confirm and said to change the old ones i have and to use the noveber updates
