After rejection of my spousal application on 3rd of Oct 2018 I've filed appeal against the decision. With my application I had submitted Police certificates from Sweden and Denmark but since April 2016 I have not traveled outside of my home country. If my appeal is allowed will I be asked again by the cic to submit Police certificates from Sweden and Denmark? Kindly help me in clearing this confusion. thanks

No. Those certificates are already with IRCC. We are not required to submit the same document twice. They may include them in the blue book too.

They asked me to resubmit. And then I "kindly" reminded them they already had them. And told me I only needed to resubmit the polic chevk for my current country

my full hearing and this week, how many hours and a hearing?
Be prepared for a full day hearing. They spend a lot of time explaining the procedure. If an interpreter is required it slows down the proceedings. They take atleast 3 breaks.
My hearing started around 8:30am and ended at the scheduled finish time 4:30pm. Even at that time minister's counsel wanted another 10 minutes and then changed his mind and said that there is a large volume of documents submitted, he would take a few days to come up with more questions. The judge gave him a week to submit his questions in writing. But later on instead of sending more questions, he sent his consent for allowing the appeal.
