congratulations well I am dealing with London visa office and after wining appeal it took 2 months and 7 days and I got request for police report and other updated forms I think you should get control on your online account so you won’t miss any correspondence from your visa post lawyers are busy and they don’t check status every day but you will check every day and will response to their request on timely manners. Than some appeal process by Ottawa after wining appeal that is fast track once I called Ottawa after wining appeal they told me that some cases can be processed in Ottawa and some they can’t and that’s why they send them back to visa office who is dealing your country so it’s depend hopefully your case will be processed in Ottawa and they usually respond you in 2 or 3 weeks .

Yes I'm able to check my online status now. Same information as before.. I did send a follow up email before they actually sent me the request. You can always try that.

You can call and ask. Usually, the file will be sent from iad back to cic in ottawa abd passes back to your previous processing center.
Yes, you can send mail via "case specific enquiry"form on ircc website. Using your old uci. And the phone number is 16139444000
What I write in this form I ask that where is my file and why my cic login not opening or what
You can just say " hello, I win my appeal on Oct 27,i think you said, and I'm wondering if there is any update, as I haven't received and mail so far?" they are very good at replying back in a timely manner in Canada. Maybe a week or less
What I put in the first column on enquiry form where they give many options like sponsorship, etc
