Yes. I appied in early April 2018. In process since June 20.
It is a challenge being from Brampton. All steps are extremely delayed compared to other places in the country.
On the brighter side, it is an exercise to test and further increase once patience ability.

Lol, I applied in oct 2017 and still waiting for test - I must be a patience master now

It is very unfortunate. Looks like no choice but to wait. Its just that i have been waiting for that email since almost 6 months now. And so many people receive the same so fast.

Hi guys,
I passed the test today, 19/20. I went at 330 pm and I was out at 4. It took me more time to get there from downtown Toronto.
They say like in a month I should get an oath invitation.

1. App received on Nov 10th 2017
2. Test Date August 30th 2018 at scarborough
3. DM on August 31st 2018
4. Oath letter date Date Dec 6th 2018
5. Oath Date Dec 20th 2018 at Mississauga.

Just a matter of time for you as well. Did you call them and ask them to communicate that it's past 12 months? Good luck for your oath invite!

Probably give them a call or submit a webform. Yours is past 12 months so they would have to give you a response.

Ok fellas, Oath ceremony done yesterday at Mississauga, became a citizen, all done!
Online status changed to completed this morning, with 5th line added that says you became a citizen on 5th.
Applying for passport tomorrow
