I don't have any other dates after AoR on 07-Jun-2018, didn't do any aggressive tracking.

My Profile still shows "Eligibility check in progress" (or similar); even after I received PPR last week.

No clue when it went to NDVO, but it has been there for the past four months (when I last called to check).

From what i can understand, my CRS has been reduced from 449 to 330 pts because of my education.I did a 2 year diploma from 2007 to 2009.Then i did a top up degree for a duration of 1 year.While creating my profile, my agent selected "two or more degrees with one being 3 years+" based to my ECA, WES gave equivalency as following;

Diploma (Original Duration 2 years) - WES equivalency - 2 year Diploma
Degree (Original Duration 1 year) - WES equivalency - 3 years degree

I would like to know if there is any way of explaining to VISA officer about this issue so as to prevent a rejection.Also will not be more easy to reapply again?

We can not see your images.

But looks like WES has evaluated your 2 yrs + 1 yr course as ONE 3 year degree. I'm not sure why you chose 2 or more degress in this case. Can you share more details of your WES ECA.

There seems no way of explaining this as far as I see it. You either have a single 3-year program completed or two programs of 2 and 1 year, both of which will not give you enough points. I'm with the analyst on this one.

Yes, Agent said my file was approved a month ago. I think it was approved around oct 18th on the day i had the Ghost update. After that Raised CSE and sent mails to CIO but still no ppr.

did they give you a final decision note in your CIC account or does it still say "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."?

Maybe if you call them on the phone you can explain the situation better.

The issue I see is that there’s no misunderstanding at all, so there’s not much to explain. I assume you got a diploma for a 2 year study, and then took an extra year to turn it into a degree if I’m understanding correctly, so you technically only have a 3 year degree, not a 3 year degree plus a 2 year diploma (which would be 5 years of added studies) which is what you are claiming points for.
