A baby only counts in the year the baby was born and the year following the birth. It does not count to the previous years. For example, if a baby was born in 2016 to a new couple followed by a second baby in 2018, their family size would be 2 for 2015, 3 for 2016 & 2017 and 4 for 2018. I have seen a letter from CPC-M where they had created their own table specific to the sponsor.

Ok thank you

Hi again
First ,I‘d like to thank you all for helping alot of people here in the forum
Second:
We need your advice. We received the PCC from EGYPT request nov.27 and we have only 30 days to submit. Being in canada now, my parents have to complete it through the embassy which will take 2 or 3 months. The other choice is to contact the CIC to request extension. As they will return back to Egypt in january. But iam not sure this will not affect the process.
May you share with me your thoughts about such situation?
Thanks

It took my mom's PCC for almost 2 months. She's also here in Canada. Just email them explaining the situation and most of the time they're very considerate on this kind of situation. They will give you extension.

Thank you so much
So shall i send a webform or an e_mail?
And did it affect the file processing? Like they will forget about the application as it’s out of it’s order in ppr or so?

Hi. It depends on the email that you received. The instruction that I got was to directly reply to the email if there are changes or to attach and send the scanned copies of the requested documents as they only required copy not original. So maybe if you didn't have that I'll suggest you use the web form. I didn't think it affected the process. They requested my Mom's PCC on Sept. 12 I emailed them requesting extension so they replied and gave until Nov. 12. Nov. 15 ecas changed to decision made then Nov 19 PPR Nov. 20 passport sent they received it on Nov. 26 due to Canadapost strike. LVO is Ottawa.

Cheers

Just wondering anyone knows anybody who AOR before May but didn't get any response for the first stage (didn't get MD1 yet) ? Looking for the similar situation here. Anyone knows his VO is JA? Thanks,

So CIC originally asked for my parents police clearance on July 27 and I sent copies through email on Aug 3. Then last week they asked me again for police clearance which theyy said that I never sent since July. so I resent those same copies (but they expired Sept.) and I said I sent them on Aug but if you want new ones let me know. So today they sent me another automated email saying they still need police clearance and that I've never sent any since July; without acknowleging "hey, yeah they expired, please send new ones".

So, it's ok if my parents will get new police clearanece. but my question is, why they never received anything I sent? actually, i attached a copy of the police clearance AND receipt of the RPRF fee last week (which I also sent on Aug 3); and with the email I received today, it only asked for police clearance.

Any comments will be appreciated. thanks.

you didn't sent it before?
no never.
once they received their stamped passport I guess the validity of that visa probally be length of their expiration for passport.
can they wait like a year or so within the validity of their stamped visa to come to Canada?

Till the expiry of passport and medical...whatever expire first, medical is valid for one year but if your passport is expiring let suppose in 8 months than validity is 8 months
