Application Received- 30 July
AOR- 10 Oct
Medical- 12 Oct
PPR- 26 Nov

  1. Application sent July 13th
  2. Application received July 26th
  3. AOR oct 2nd
  4. Medical request oct 9th
  5. Sponsor Approval oct 9th
  6. Transfer to CPC-M oct 12th
  7. Medical Done oct 26th
  8. Medical submitted nov 2nd
  9. Medical passed nov 9th
  10. CPC-M start processing on nov 16th
  11. Pre-arrival letter from CPC-M on nov 17th
  12. They start BG check when that I do not know.

I have question for you guys
some peoples got DM and PPR next day or in next in couple of weeks once they got PA letter, but in my case why it taking more days/times ?
Any ideas guys?

Btw I am new to this forum. I am putting together documents for spousal sponsorship. Did you have any suggestions for the preparation? Is there a thread on this forum for beginners to help them with the preparation steps? Or may be if you would like to share your experience.

Also, do we have to get PCC for every family member of my spouse? Or just the spouse?

congrats, you will get it for sure very soon. i know some people who waited for 1-2 months after pre arrival and dm for ppr

you need to get pcc for all the persons you are including in the application. for instance your spouse and children not your spouse's family
 
PCC is required for people that are over 18 and being sponsored.

Here is MY updated timeline :

Application Rec'd at CPC-Sydney - July 31
Started processing application - November 21
(NO AOR EMAIL)
SA e-mail - November 27

That is it for now.. and the waiting continues :p

OH - I am the sponsor (Canadian by birth), my husband (the PA) is in Cuba
