Are your parents still alive? Do you have any living relatives in Canada? Are you single? Do you have kids?
etc... look at lonely Canadian route in case you do not have any living relatives in Canada and if your parents and grandparents are not alive.
In any case, you cannot use PGP to sponsor a relative. It's a specific stream for parents and grandparents sponsorship.

or you just drop it off personally in their office? Because it wasn't said in the letter when can we submit the passport.

CIC already issued multi-entry visa to your dad. You cannot change the visa. You can apply for supervisa if that's what you want. But, CIC cannot reissue visa to your dad under different category. You must reapply for Supervisa, and he cannot stay in Canada longer than 6 months on TRV. There might be some exceptions here and there to extend his stay. But, that's up to CIC to decide.

Inreceived Aor with my file number on Nov 26 2018. I got my file number but cannot see online status on cic website or add application on my online account. I do not know why. I received an email that my application is received. but I cannot check status online on cic. please update on excel

I think AOR only lists the principal applicant, but not the dependent.

AOR only has principal applicant name.
You should be able to see all dependents that you sponsored in ecas status.
