Thank you for always replying. The visa office was OTTAWA. I submitted application in January 2015. Then I received an email that the file got transferred to Manila in January 2018. Last correspondence was to submit police clearances and newly completed travel history, military records.. My parents frequently travelled to the US and they were asked to submit FBI clearance as well. All documents were already submitted. NO further correspondence since then.

Here is the Timeline:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 5, 2015.
2. We started processing your application on August 3, 2016.
3. We sent you correspondence on September 7, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. We sent you correspondence on January 26, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5. Medical results have been received.
6. We sent you correspondence on December 18, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

if you sent all docs more than 1 mon so write them back to Manila email to be sure they got everything

Every MP has a constituency office in their riding.

To find out who your Member of Parliament is, you will need your home postal code.

Medical Completed: Oct 26-2016
Medical Furtherance: Nov 3-2016, Feb 2-2017, May 31-2017, Aug 4-2017 and Aug 30-2017
ECAS status changed to Medical Received: Sep 8-2017
ECAS status changed to Decision Made: Sep 19-2017
PPR Letter Received: Sep 22-2017
Passport Submitted: Sep 25-2017
Passport Received: Sep 29-2017
COPR dated Sep 19-2017
Given till Nov 1-2017 to enter Canada. Yikes!!!

This has been a very stressful journey and more to come until my parents are able to find a flight on such short notice and get here.
