Smh at all this.I don't mean to make it sound depressing I'm in this 15 months now we are 2017 July hoping to hear soon my husband medical will expire next month so I'm furstrated my lawyer sent an email to them today we already get pre-approved
Where are you applying from if you don't mind me asking?I don't mean to make it sound depressing I'm in this 15 months now we are 2017 July hoping to hear soon my husband medical will expire next month so I'm furstrated my lawyer sent an email to them today we already get pre-approved
I pretty much told them the same thing but their way seemed to be their way. After all we are at their mercy. But I wish they would stop torturing families like this!
Yes! You've said it best. I hope you get some answers soon as much as I am looking forward to hearing from them as well.Government need to looking into this this is not helping us this is giving us mental stress
You’re from NYC why are you being processed in Mexico?
I applied dec 2016 and AOR 1 and sponsor approval came in about 3 weeks later. In my experience Mexico is very slow to respond, and you won't get any of the things that other VOs send out (eg AOR2, pre-arrival services, etc) until they're actually nearly done. Then things will come in over a couple months. YMMV.
What's frustrating is that the medical exam gets requested up front in so many cases, but then the BGC and everything else takes forever. They should really be asking for medicals 6 or 9 months in so that they don't expire before the application process completes.
