You are able to drop it off and pick it up in person at the closest VAC to you, or you’re able to send it through mail.

Once you get the AOR2 email your ECAS will have a new line.. We sent......correspondence acknowledging receipt of........application(s) on ..., 2019.

That is when Mexico opened your file. You should get the AOR2 email in a couple months.
