I'm inland 16 of May 2018 applicant.
I've just received the GCMS notes but can't understand almost anything.
Can you please advise how to understand the following:
1. there is my office - Primary office Old: CPC Vegreville. New: CPC Ottawa. Secondary office New: CPC Vegreville. Old: CPC Ottawa.
2. Eligibility: review required ( still?? after almost 6 months already??)
3. Criminality and security - not started. Its clear to understand but said.
4. I've seen only once in document - notes from officer, like analysis of docs on 24 of May and thats it - is this the only time the file was touched??
5. no mentioning of background check. what is the other word for this in the GCMS notes?

Go to last few pages and see why is the eligibility review required. You will see detailed notes of case analyst.
Eligibility : Review required is the concern if 6 months passed. Carefully read through the GCMS notes. The Case Analyst would have made recommendation with comments of why review required. You will find the detailed comments towards the end of the PDF attachment (likely in the last 6 pages).

I received my NS PNP (NOC 2171) nomination in April this year and after accepting it I submitted my PR application in May (AOR 25th May, 2018). I had my medical & criminal passed and since July I am in IP2 state. I requested my GCMS notes in October and when received, I found that my application is in Review Requested - PNP Parked Case (case parked due to PNP verification). The officer noted that Primary Applicant doesn't have work experience in NOC 2174 which is different than my original PNP NOC 2171.
I am concerned about these notes and the status of my application.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone can share some of their experience or provide some input about the next steps to resolve these issues.

I am in the same situation. Talked to CIC agent today. Eligibility and R10 not done. Ordered GCMS notes on Oct 12, waiting for them.

I think it is a problem about your job letter. Try to list all the duties of 2171 and approve your job is currently marched with 2171 not 2174
