Many of us in this group are in the same boat as you and same timeline as you. It is the standard answer that CIC Agent gives to everyone who has crossed 6 months mark. No point being worried. Don't stress yourself and there is nothing you can do about it. Relax and enjoy the upcoming holidays...

Patience is the only advice my friend. Nothing else can help at this time. Ordering GCMS notes and providing additional documentation to clear the 'Review Required' hurdle is the only thing you can do. Other than that, there is nothing.

I know it is very frustrating. You take a few months more to review and issue PPR, it is okay. But you take these more months of our life to review and decline, :mad:

Folks... just a generic question. Not sure if anyone can answer. Does anyone in this group follow Jan / Feb / Mar AOR groups and seen any trend as to when CIC has actioned 'Review Required' applications beyond 6 months? I know it is very difficult to predict or track CIC trend but just thought...

I am in the same boat as everyone else waiting. But things really don't move at CIC (this part of the world in general) during Dec and you can refer to other forums to read. Just in case if some of us don't hear back in Nov, let's keep a more realistic expectation that it will not be until Jan.

If this month goes by without any action for May applicants, better not expect any movement in Dec which will be vacation time anyways so whatever next will be heard only mid Jan. Lets wish CIC clears something off their table before going on vacation :)

Not sure what makes you say that it isn't bad to wait since May. But we have applicants (including me) who have ordered GCMS notes twice already with a gap of 2 months and both times the status has not changed for anything other than 'Review Required'.

Things don't look good for applications with Review Required, my friend. We have been waiting clueless since we learnt about the Review required flag. The wait could be really long if the VO does not take up such cases in a timely manner.

Though delayed, you are in a safe zone buddy. Eligibility - Met gives a sense of confidence. Many are stuck here with Review Required with many unknowns. Neither additional docs are called nor rejections informed early so that one can provide addl docs or reapply with required set of docs.

Of late, there has been no good news of PPRs for May applicants. Seems to have dried up. I think the lucky ones from May have already gone through and what remains now are mostly the ones who are stuck with Review Required. No set timeline for review to be taken up, most of us will cross the 6...

AOR 24 May. CEC inland. Received latest GCMS notes. No change to the previous one. Still Eligibility Review Required. Additional docs submitted have been added to the file. Next review due 26 Nov.

The date when your application will be reviewed again with the revised letter is uncertain. No harm in ordering GCMS notes now as it will take its own sweet time to get processed to capture the new review comments. As you will be completing 6 months on 21 Nov, it is very likely that you will...
