I call them 10 times and send the web form 2 times. after one year I called call center to send the note to local office and they responded we are working on file and file is in process. But nothing changed after more than two month after that .

I just asked them to read it for me .
I called call center after 1 year. I asked them to send the note to my MP and after 2 weeks I called call center again and asked them to read the note for me

Thanks. Because the due has passed and no update is made (you have to carefully double check this), I think your file is to be updated by an officer. I think there are two scenarios here (1) either they have not received your security checks yet, (2) or if the security checks are done, your file is in line for the officer review. The only way to make sure if (1) is the case is to contact your MP probably and ask them specifically to check your file and "to see if your security checks are complete or in progress". You could also contact the call centre with a specific questions that "are my security checks complete" without any other additional questions. Unfortunately as per your experience the call centre may not really be checking your profile and may just give you a default "be patient " answer in an indirect way.

Although, some people may suggest against this, but I think talking with a lawyer would be definitely worth it as the last resource (may be after a few months from now)

My spouse and I have interview/test scheduled for Nov 14. We have received Prohibition Form along-with test invite to sign and hand it over to IO during the interview.

Congratulations on the test invite.

The previous version of the Prohibition Form was named CIT 0039 (05-2015) and it asked the applicant in its first question to confirm if there were any prohibitions in the last SIX years.

I assume you received a newer version of this form Prohibition Form (reportedly CIT 0039 version 10-2017).

Could you please advise the time period that this new Prohibition Form requires the applicant to confirm in its first question ? Is it still SIX years or has it been reduced to FIVE (or FOUR) years?

Mehran: Check in your gcms notes and figure out where is the paper file location? if you are mostly done, it should shows decision ready pending clearance.
Let us know what you see there?

From "TFR - Worload - Distribution" I think it mean Transfer due to heavy workload. Could be wrong though but check the location of your application. Should be on GCMS.
