Hi Folks,
I am July 3rd applicant. Its been more then 2 weeks i received medical passed status but since then no updates for file transfer. Should i call CIC or should i wait?

Hi! You must wait. They won’t be able to tell you anything about the transfer.

Hello All,
I am Canadian living in Abu Dhabi, sponsoring my wife. we both live in Abu Dhabi at the moment.
As per DHL delivery report, the processing center received my file on July 6 2018.
I am still waiting on a status email regarding our file. Still nothing from their side. I have checked all my emails but nothing yet.

as of today, we have been waiting almost 3.5 months and no reply.

Any advise will be really helpful.

Hello, I am also 6th July applicant but receive nothing at all yet. It is so disappointing the way they are working. Stressful situation.

Hello all, I just called CIC today. She was a really nice woman to give all the answers to my questions.

She told me now that to get the information about my wife's file, now I have to fill the representative form. I just can't access my wife's file information like that before just by giving temp. File number.

She also sent me the email about filling Ecase track and a form of being representative of my wife (Which I know already). So now this is a new twist in the process that you fill the form and then ask them. But the other way is giving them by your UCI number and ask them to track any application in process or not. ???? That way they can give information.

She told me that there are cases where people get the medical request and first AOR after 6 months, I mean really ??????

Anyway, Good luck to all .......

2. Is there a way to tell if the medical exam has been submitted? We had our exam done on October 10th and now cannot get a hold of our doctor, and have no idea if it's even been submitted or not.

They close at 4pm, but sorry do not know anything about the medical question portion.

1st question - 8 AM EST to 4 PM EST
2nd question - in case you are not able to get response from your doctor, you can only check GC key or ECAS to know if your medical results have been received by IRCC.

I am working during the hours the call centre is open :(

We're trying to call to see if our medical has been submitted. This has been so stressful - Doctor hasn't answered the 3-4 e-mails we sent, nor replied to voicemails.

Morning 7:55 AM would be a quick call from Canada. Try if you are available during that time or during your lunch time

Hi! Your husband can use the below number to call:
+16139444000

Ask him to ask the representative whether the notes say anything about the medicals received or not.

Before you could talk to the representative, the automated machine gives you the exact info as it is mentioned on your GCKey account and it will definitely give you the info regarding your medicals also.

Also, they are available from 8 AM - 4 PM (EST+1).
