Hi! I think these days NDVO is working on the January files, so you shall hear something in a few months from now. Please be patient. Your time will come soon.

If you were a citizen or a PR in Canada, then it would have taken 12 months or more. But since you are on a work visa, you can bring your wife along whenever you plan to come to Canada.

Now a days...outland spousal visa application need to send Nova Scotia and then they are transfer file to Mississauga rather than NDVO (Delhi visa office)...is it true??

I am an outland and when i sent my papers off June 29 i sent them to a Nova Scotia address.

It was my wife's NOA. she used the one from her tax preparer (HR Block) but she needs the official one from the government

I’m July 16th applicant, no updates yet til now. I called them thrice already, the latest was last week and they keep telling me to just wait.
It’s kinda frustrating, it’s been 3 months already.
