Passports don't get stamped for inlanders (and when they do, it's only for people that are not visa-exempt). You will receive your COPR at your interview.
It says: We are ready to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR). In order to finalize your permanent residence, you may now present yourself to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) office listed below:

We have to bring some documents... So I am gessing that we do not have to do any interview at this point?
