Hi @Troy2245 ! The time your spouse held visitor status is called and treated as "Visitor", and the time covered by the work permit is called "Temporary Resident Permit Holder". Both will count in the calculation, but they are just called different. Hope it helps. Andy

Hi! What PR process you applied for? Normally your OWP will remain valid until the expiry date, so you're good to continue working legally in Canada.
