I'm curious to know if pre-arrival services is required or optional? I just received a letter today requiring my parents to undergo this program. Unfortunately, we don't have an available centre in our area. The nearest one is a 1 hour flight from our place.

My parents medical still in progress. My Mom needs to repeat her chest x-ray and serum creatinine and due on November 17.

Hello, I hope someone has an idea how to proceed! Application for my wife's parents went to Warsaw office as they lived in Kazakhstan. They have Super Visa and lived in Canada since April 2015. They had medicals and Police certs to come here. We received an update in the file (no email) that new certs, medicals, updated schedule A, original marriage cert (copy already provided) are required + they lost the payment receipt. They are supposed to attend medical in Almaty!
Has anyone heard of these ridiculous requests? They are 80 years old - and must return just for new police cert & medical? I have written to MP as the embassy so far did not respond.

I don't think they lost the payment receipt. They are simply careless. Your payment was done online and it's applied to your application when sponsorship is approved. This shows in GCMS notes. For example, New Delhi sent everyone a general request for Fees receipt along with PCC and medical.

Hmmmm...why does your excel file say "BC in progress" - what is that about? you received some notification?
Also, what were the Revew of Documents July 31st?

Hello, I need some expert advise. On my parents police clearance certificate there is an error regarding dates. My dad was in US before 2007 and this is what I have on the application. But police clearance certificate says he is living in India from 2002. Since I have already submitted the police clearance certificate should I redo it and submit again to CIC before the ask any questions about this? Thank you for your help.
